Challenge
The creative needed to communicate the message quickly while adapting the storytelling and visual structure to different formats.
Approach
Short-form storytelling, social-first editing and format adaptation — the same message rebuilt with different hooks, pacing, subtitles, motion graphics and structure for each placement. The three pieces are shown together as one creative system: the vertical Stories cut, its square adaptation, and the long-form VSL.
The engagement went beyond production: it also covered a review of the studio's own content team and workflow, with structural recommendations for its director on team setup and growth.
