Who this policy covers
This site is operated by Vinicius Galvão Ferreira, trading as PLAYER RED, based in São Paulo, Brazil. This policy explains what information is collected from visitors, why, and how it's handled, in line with Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD).
What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form: name, email, company (optional), project type, timeline, budget range (optional) and a description of what you're looking to create. Nothing is collected unless you submit that form.
How it's used
Contact form submissions are sent by email to contatoplayercompany@gmail.com (via Resend, an email-delivery service) solely to respond to your inquiry. Your email address is set as the reply-to address so a reply goes straight back to you. This information is not used for marketing, not sold, and not shared with anyone beyond what's needed to deliver that one email.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand overall traffic and performance. Both are cookieless and don't track individual visitors across sites or build an advertising profile — no cookie-consent banner is shown because no tracking cookies are set.
Data retention
Contact form submissions exist as an email in the inbox above — there's no separate database storing them. Delete requests are honored on request (see Your rights below).
Your rights
Under the LGPD, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information you've submitted. Contact contatoplayercompany@gmail.com for any of these requests.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site changes. The version here is always the current one — no separate changelog is kept.
